A New Chapter for Downswood: Anne Fincham Joins the Parish Council

In a pivotal moment for local governance, Maidstone Borough Council has officially confirmed the conclusion of the nomination period for the forthcoming by-election.  Consequently the democratic process has yielded a significant appointment.

It is with great enthusiasm that Downswood Parish Council announces that Mrs. Anne Fincham will be joining our ranks as the newest Parish Councillor. Her appointment will be formally ratified at the upcoming council meeting on Tuesday, 4th March 2025.
