Christmas Family Fun Event

Free to attend - Family Festive Fun. This is a free family festive fun event for the residents of Downswood. If you would like your face painted, it is free, if you would like balloons twisted into the shape of a dog, a hat, a sword etc, it is free. There will be mince pies and mulled wine and of course not forgetting Father Christmas will be there as well. There will be fantastic bell ringers and a choir singing Christmas carols.

Downswood Parish Council is spreading the joy of giving this festive season! We've been in touch with the wonderful team at Maidstone Churches Winter Scheme, who work tirelessly during the chilly months to provide hot meals, warm hospitality, vital support, and overnight shelter to those in need.

We're delighted to share that we've approved a donation to support this heart warming cause. But there's more! This Saturday, they'll be joining us with a collection bucket, ready to receive your festive goodwill. Whether it's a shiny penny or a generous pound, your contributions will be gratefully received and lovingly put to work by this amazing charity.
